Exchanges: You may request an exchange within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
Returns: Returns are only accepted within 10 calendar days after receiving the product.

4. Resolution: For exchanges, the new product will be shipped once the original item is received and validated.
For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after the product has been reviewed and approved for return.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for: Items on promotion or discount.
